From the SOUTH

A65 LEEDS - SKIPTON - KENDAL

10 miles from Skipton after passing through the village of Long Preston.
2 miles north of Long Preston
At the first roundabout take the first exit off onto Settle by-pass - Kendal
After 1 mile look for first turning left under railway bridge signposted Rathmell and Wigglesworth
** 2 miles to village of Rathmell
On entering the village pass church on the left
Continue through village passing horse equestrian centre on left. Just past the de-restriction speed sign see Layhead Farm Cottages sign on the right
Continue up the tarmac lane and follow signs for the appropriate cottage


From the NORTH

A65 KENDAL - SKIPTON - LEEDS

10 miles south of Ingleton
Pass pub CRAVERN ARMS on left and continue along Settle by-pass for a quarter of a mile
See sign for Rathmell and Wigglesworth and turn right from the by-pass under the railway bridge
Follow directions as from south **
