The cottage benefits from an open fire in the lounge and electric heating throughout, there is a TV, VCR and DVD.

The fully fitted kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and all mod cons.

The holiday cottage shares a cobbled courtyard to the front; the small garden at the rear provides splendid country views towards Pen-y-Ghent. The cottage has laundry facilities and a mobile barbecue. Access is via a private drive.
